- 7. Surrounding yourself with people you love, admire, and that are true friends

- 9. Staying consistent with your practices that are in alignment with what you truly want

I haven’t always been happy, healthy and radiant. I have struggled at different times in my life with depression, food, weight, and relationship issues. What I have done in my life though, is continued to question, look deeper and find the new paradigm. I believe that when we commit to our growth and evolution, life only gets better even if our outside world is less than perfect. There is a strength and inner peace that grows. With that, amazing things do manifest in the outer world too!
